Noticing with slow natural awareness through the breath and the meaning behind the movement, you can embody healing moments. In the spirit of defining what is a healthy hospitable environment, nurturing Qi can be a gentle call to action, to move you beyond knowing the message behind the movements, to being part of THE movement: one where you are the lead energy supporting your healing environment.
